Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose Textile Grade is widely used in printing and dyeing in textile industry, with higher cost performance comparing with sodium alginate. With higher DS, CMC Textile Grade can replace most of sodium alginate types.

In textile field, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose Textile Grade can act as sizing agent for warp sizing of fabrics including cottons, gloria, chemical fiber and blend.

The print paste of rayon fiber contains cleaning solvent with high boiling point, dye, water and enough thickening agents. Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose Textile Grade is thickening agent and emulsifying agent, so it helps to uniformly mix dye with high boiling point cleaning solvent to stabilize dye suspension and thus to prevent occurrence of sedimentation and the formation of foam in storage.
